Dear Potential Sponsors,

Mimico Party-in-the-Park is in its 17th year. More than 2000 local residents come together at this annual event to share what we love about Mimico – our community. There are raffles, games, kids’ bouncy slides, live entertainment, refreshments and FUN for the whole family. This year’s event is TUESDAY JUNE 17, 5:30 – 8:30 PM at John English Schoolyard (95 Mimico Ave).

This event is run by volunteers from the Presbyterian and Baptist Churches of Mimico, with the Mimico Residents Association supporting the sponsorship drive.

This event would not be possible without our corporate sponsors. This year we have created a Sponsorship Policy that will help guide the decisions of our potential sponsors.

Bronze Sponsor ($250 – $499)

  • Advertising (text link) on the Party in the Park Facebook Page and MimicoPartyinthePark.com website (tiered display based on a bronze/silver/gold donation scale)
  • Public display of sponsorship on ‘thank you banner’ at event.

Silver Sponsor ($500 – $749)

  • Advertising – logo image & link on the Party in the Park Facebook Page and www.MimicoPartyinthePark.com website (tiered display based on a bronze/silver/gold donation scale)
  • Public display of sponsorship on PITP banner at event.
  • Acknowledgement on posters for event and any paper advertisement used for the event. **This is dependent on timing of reception of money.
  • Some form of advertisement (provided by the sponsor) would be given out to the youth as part of a loot bag. Minimum 250 given out.
  • Verbal acknowledgement at event

Gold Sponsor ($750 +)

  • All of the above
  • Booth at event at which you would be able to give away free material but not sell anything
  • Sponsorship of one of the attractions at the event. Dependent on availability. First come, first served.
  • Materials will stay on website/Facebook for one full calendar year.
  • Mentions to be included in any media attention for the event.
  • Would also have the opportunity to use pictures from the event for advertising for one calendar year. **dependent on photographer availability**

Sponsor donations must be received before May 30th to receive recognition.
